Lexington police investigating shooting after victim arrives at hospital

Authorities seeking information on incident

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Lexington police are investigating after a shooting victim arrived at a local hospital early Friday morning.

According to the Lexington Police Department, officers were dispatched to the hospital around 12:53 a.m. on Feb. 7 in response to a reported shooting. The victim has non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say a scene has not been located at this time.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Lexington police or submit an anonymous tips through Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
