Lexington Police investigating armed robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police are investigating an armed robbery they say happened as a group of people met to buy a phone.

Officers say just after 4 p.m. Saturday a group of three people met three others at Martin Luther King Park after talking about selling a phone on an online app.

One group then reportedly pulled out a gun and took a cell phone and money.
