Lexington Police investigate three vehicle car crash

LEXINGTON, Ky (WTVQ)- One person has been injured and another person is facing charges after a Sunday morning car crash.

Lexington police say they responded, along with the Lexington Fire Department, around 2:09 A.M. Sunday morning to a three-vehicle crash. The crash happened around the intersection of East New Circle Road and Meadow Lane.

Police say one person had to be extracated from a vehicle. A person was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, but it’s not clear if it’s the same person who had to be removed from the crash.

Police say a person is facing charges following the crash, but it’s not clear what charges the person is facing.
