Lexington Police investigate possible shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington police are investigating after receiving a call about a possible shooting on Lancaster Avenue Sunday night.

According to police, officers were dispatched to the scene around 9 p.m. When they arrived, they discovered evidence of a scene but found no victim, suspect, or property damage.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Lexington Police Department or leave an anonymous tip with Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
