Lexington Police investigate after drugs, car with bullet holes found

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police in Lexington are investigating after drugs.. and car with bullet holes were found Tuesday night.

Just before 10 P.M., police say they responded to the 400 block of Chestnut St. after reports of shots being fired. When officers got there they say they found a car that had been shot. But no one was inside…And no one was hurt. They also say they found drugs in the area.

A witness told police she saw several black men running through a backyard on Hawkins Ave. Police have not given any other suspect descriptions.
