Lexington Police identify suspect in Magoffin Street shots-fired incident

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington Police have identified the suspect in a shots-fired incident on Magoffin Street and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Detectives say 21-year-old Joshua Burgess has been identified as the suspect in Tuesday morning’s incident. Police say Burgess has outstanding warrants for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
