Lexington police chief to meet with community at coffee shop
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Chief of Police in Lexington, Lawrence Weathers, is set to meet with the community at a local coffee shop. The Urban County Human Rights Commission announced that Chief Weathers will be available for questions during its “Coffee with the Chief” community conversation.
The event will take place at McLeod’s Coffee House on Southland Drive, from 11 a.m. until noon. Community members are encouraged to attend and engage with Chief Weathers in an open dialogue about community issues and concerns.
