Lexington PD: Hotel Robbed by Man Wearing Halloween Mask

Lexington Police said it wasn’t a trick or a treat when a man wearing a Halloween mask robbed a Courtyard Marriott hotel Tuesday night.

According to investigators, the man walked into the hotel on Wall Street at around 11:15 and approached the front desk, implying that he had a weapon.

Officials said the robber demanded cash from the clerk, and then took off after getting the money.

They think he may have left in a car parked nearby.

No other employees or guests were in the lobby during the robbery, according to police.
