Lexington man sentenced for sexually explicit conduct

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – According to the District Attorney’s Office a Lexington man admitted to taking pictures of a
minor under the age of 10. They said he engaged in sexually explicit conduct with the minor. On Thursday 28 year-old Cody Lee Herman was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for producing child pornography. Officials ordered him to serve 30 years of supervised release following the service of his term of imprisonment.
