Lexington Man Indicted In Medicaid Fraud Case

A Fayette County man was arrested and indicted in a Medicaid fraud case, according to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office.

Investigators said Ahmad Davis, 28, of Lexington, submitted false and fraudulent timesheets for payment of services to a Medicaid recipient that he didn’t actually perform.

The Attorney General’s Office said Davis was indicted on one count of Theft by Deception of more than $10,000 and one count of Devising in a Scheme to Defraud the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program over $300.
