Lexington man facing charges in deadly ATV crash
BREATHITT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is now charged after a fatal ATV crash in Breathitt County.
State Police say it happened Saturday (3/23) on Highland Drive in Jackson
Investigators say 23-year old Logan Spencer was operating an ATV, with 22-year old Alexis Smith as his passenger, when he lost control and overturned over an embankment.
KSP says Smith was thrown from the ATV and died at the scene.
Investigators say Spencer was arrested and is now charged with DUI and Vehicular Homicide.
