Lexington man dead after Boyle County motorcycle crash

DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man is dead after a motorcycle crash Thursday night.

Boyle County Sheriff’s Deputy Philip Dean says it happened around 9 p.m. on Kentucky 52 east near Chrisman lane.

Dean says 34-year-old Matthew Alsept from Lexington was driving a motorcycle toward Lancaster when a heavy rain storm hit.

Dean says it seems Alsept lost control and drove off the road, flipping the motorcycle several times. He was reportedly not wearing a helmet.
