Lexington man accused of pointing gun at driver

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is out on bond after getting arrested for a road rage incident on I-75.

Police say they arrested 53-year-old Thomas Moyer Tuesday at a Marathon Station off of exit 83 in Madison Co.  He’s accused of driving on the highway and pointing a gun at another driver after cutting him off near mile marker 69.

Police say when they arrested Moyer, they found a .380- caliber handgun on him, along with a loaded magazine.  According to officers, Moyer was intoxicated when he was arrested.
