Lexington man accused of having child porn

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Lexington man is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday after being accused of having child porn.

Police arrested 71-year-old James Garrison Monday afternoon at his home on Appian Way.

They say he had more than four images of “matter portraying sex performance by a minor.”

Investigators say Garrison admitted that he saved the files from the Internet.
