Lexington inmate fails to return from work release

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington jail inmate didn’t return from court-ordered work release on Tuesday, according to the jail.

Investigators say 37-year old Roth Lee Baughman, Jr., was released around 7:00 a.m. and was scheduled to return to jail at 4:30 p.m.

Jail officials say Baughman was in for a probation violation.

He’s 5’9″, 145 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes.
