Lexington home damaged in crash
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Lexington home had significant damage to it after a car crashed into it Saturday night.
According to the Lexington police, they were called out to a the home on Old Paris Road just after noon Sunday after the property owner realized the front of the home had a giant hole.
Luckily, no one was home during the crash so there were no injuries.
Police say neighbors report hearing a loud noise around 3 Sunday morning, but no calls were made to report the incident.
The driver fled the scene.
The Lexington Fire Department, installed temporary shoring to stabilize the home. No evacuations were necessary.
The incident is still under investigation.
