Lexington Firefighters Train On New Equipment

 Lexington firefighters spent part of their weekend testing out a new piece of equipment.
 They were testing a foam machine that’s used to fight fire fueled by gasoline or hydrocarbon.
 Water used on a gas fire will float on top of the gasoline but foam will smother the gasoline and put out the fire.
 Some Lexington firefighters were also sent to Texas for extra training on the machine.
