Lexington Firefighter arrested
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) -Lexington firefighter Nathan Bardeen was arrested on April 30th in Fayette County on charges of menacing and criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, according to the Lexington Fire Department.
Bardeen, who has been employed by the Lexington Fire Department since 2018, was placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal investigation.
He appeared in court for arraignment Wednesday (5/1), and will be back in court on May 15th for a pretrial conference.
