Lexington Breweries Craft Up Collaborative Beer
Up-and-coming Lexington craft breweries, Country Boy Brewing and West Sixth Brewing, have combined their craft beer know-how to create "Country Western".
The "hoppy pale ale" will be released by the breweries during Lexington’s first ever Craft Beer Week happening May 13th through the 19th.
According to a release, Country Western "is a hoppy pale ale that has been moderately hopped and dry hopped with Noble hops from Germany. This will cause the beer to stand apart from a traditional citrus-y or pine-y American pale ale."
Craft Beer Week will celebrate several other emerging breweries that make up Lexington’s beer scene.
