Lexington Art League Introduces Fall “Art Harvest”

Lexington Art League is harvesting local art and offering it by the bushel-full to the public.

LAL’s Community Supported Art program, or CSArt, is modeled after community supported agriculture programs that offer fresh seasonal produce to customers who buy a share. CSArt works similarly, except instead of fruits and vegetables you get an array of art.

This season’s CSArt Harvest Party and art pick-up will be Friday, October 25th at Loudon House at 209 Castlewood Drive in Lexington from 6-9 pm.

The event is open to the public and "crop" shares will still be available for purchase.

The shares will include limited edition works from nine local artists. Their offerings include visual arts, poetry, and music.
