Letcher Co. man found dead in Carr Fork Lake

LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to the Mountain Eagle Newspaper, a Letcher County man has been found dead in Carr Fork Lake.

The newspaper says a Corps of Engineers Ranger found the man unresponsive in the water just before 8 a.m. on Thursday.

Investigators say foul play is not suspected.

The Mountain Eagle says the man’s pontoon boat was seen on the lake Wednesday.
