Law enforcement receives grant for body armor

FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Attorney General Russell Coleman has launched a $15 million grant program aimed at supporting law enforcement agencies and first responders across Kentucky.

The grant program, created by the General Assembly earlier this year, will allocate funds for essential equipment such as bulletproof vests, weapons, and body-worn cameras.
