Laurel County Man Electrocuted While Swimming
A Laurel County man was electrocuted Sunday afternoon at Lake Cumberland.
The coroner say that 34 year-old Kevin Short was swimming with his family and in the process of getting out of the water grabbed onto an aluminum ladder.

The ladder was on an electrical cord that had frayed.
The coroner says short was able to push his son to safety on the dock.
Others tried to help, but suffered shocks in the process.
