Laurel County man charged with rape

LAUREL CO. Ky. (WTVQ) – An almost yearlong investigation has resulted in the arrest of a Laurel County man charged with raping a juvenile.

Teddy Fox from Keavy was arrested Friday morning and charged with rape.

Deputies say their investigation started in April 2017 when a missing juvenile was found unresponsive in Fox’s home.

That juvenile was taken to the hospital for an overdose.
