Laurel County deputies searching for missing 17-year-old girl

LONDON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing teenager.

Deputies say 17-year-old Katie Drummonds was last seen Sunday afternoon, August 24, around 4:30 p.m. near London.

Drummonds is described as about 5 feet 2 inches tall, 115 pounds, with brown eyes and black shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing jeans and a dark hoodie.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, 9-1-1 dispatch, or send a message through the sheriff’s office Facebook page.
