Laurel Co. teen accused of stealing from sheriff’s office, breaking windows in squad cars
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – An 18-year-old in Laurel County has been arrested after being accused of breaking windows on police cruisers and stealing from the sheriff’s office.
Deputies say Connor Patterson was taken into custody on Tuesday night after windows were found broken on two squad cars. Investigators also reported that a handheld radio and other gear had been stolen from the sheriff’s office.
Patterson is facing charges of criminal mischief and theft. According to authorities, he is scheduled to appear in court next week to face the charges.
