Laurel Co. Deputies: Fight Over Car Sale Leads To Shooting

The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people after deputies said there was a shooting at Levi Jackson State Park.

According to the Sheriff, two men met at the park Friday to discuss the selling of a vehicle.

Deputies said a fight started.

Investigators said Michael Sellers then fired shots at the victim’s truck as he tried to drive away.

There were no reports of injuries.

Sellers, 20, is accused of attempted murder.

The Sheriff’s Office accuses Autumn Martin, 18, of complicity.
