Two Sent to Hospital After Leestown Road Collision

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A collision Thursday night shut down a portion of Leestown Road.

Police say a vehicle with two passengers was traveling outbound on Leestown Road when the driver had a medical emergency.

The vehicle then left the road and hit a guard rail.

Both passengers went to the hospital to be checked, but neither suffered injuries from the collision.

The road was opened shortly after.
