Lane closure scheduled for Monday on I-75 in Laurel Co.
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says that crews plan to close the left lane of north-bound Interstate 75 between milepoints 47 and 48 in Laurel County on Monday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. to install flexible delineator posts.
KYTC says the flexible delineator posts are guidance devices used to mark the edges of lanes and of the road at curves and to improve visibility of road and lane boundaries in inclement weather.
Motorists should expect delays, reduce speed and travel through the work zone with caution.
The date and time could be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
