Labor investigators continue probe of work-place death

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Investigators continue to try to determine what led to an industrial accident that killed a 54-year-old Paris, Ky., man Wednesday.

Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn identified the victim as Dennis Scott Hay. He died at about 7:45 a.m. at University of Kentucky Medical Center where he’d been taken following the incident at Contract Machining at 500 Horton Court, said Ginn, who described the death as accidental.

State and federal inspectors are reviewing the incident.
