KY Attorney General Will Fight To Defend Affordable Care Act

Attorney General, Andy Beshear is going national again.

Two tweets this weekend from the general announce that he’ll fight to defend the Affordable Care Act.

The Democrat, who’s also running for Governor, wrote on Monday morning that he’ll outline how he’ll “lead the fight”.

Friday night, a Texas Judge declared Obamacare unconstitutional.

Beshear says that would eliminate health care coverage for more than a million Kentuckians and would cost the state more than 50 billion dollars while also raising prescription drug cots and insurance rates for women.
