KY 3438 in Knox County to be closed intermittently

MANCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – Transportation officials are advising the public a section of KY 3438 in Knox County will be closed starting Thursday, Jan. 7 for a slide repair.

According to the Department of Highways District 11, this section of road is near the Bailey Switch community.

The closure will be in effect between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. ET through Jan. 27.

KY 3438 is known locally as Parrot Road or Long Branch Road. Drivers are advised to be alert for work crews.
