KY 227/Stamping Ground Road reconstruction to begin in Scott County

SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Preliminary work for curve reconstruction is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 21 on KY 227/ Stamping Ground Road.

Points of the road to be impacted are between mile maker 2.98 and 3.34.

The project will provide for the improvement of a horizontal curve.

The estimated completion date for the reconstruction is August 1, 2018 and is expected to  increase safety for motorists.
