KY 2008 in Leslie County to close for cross drain operations

MANCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – Drivers should be aware of cross drain operations starting Monday, June 21 at milepoint 5 of KY 2008 in Leslie County to milepoint 8.638 at the Leslie-Harlan County line.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the road closure will last until Wednesday, June 23, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.

Travelers need to be alert of the work zone, expect delays and use safe driving habits when driving through the area.

In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen delays, the date, time and duration of work may be adjusted.
