KY 1262 in Franklin County to temporarily close Wednesday

FRANKLIN COUNTY, KY (KYTC) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists that KY 1262 (Steel Branch Road) will be closed on the evening of August 5th.

KYTC maintenance staff will be installing a new cross drain between Owenton Road and US 127 (mile points 12.5 to 12.7). This road will be closed between 6:00 p.m. and midnight. Local access will be allowed for residents in this section of the roadway.
