KSP: Two Inmates Escape From Madison County Detention Center

State Police said two inmates escaped from a jail transport van Friday night in Richmond.

Investigators said Raheym Hill, 20, of Lexington and Marcel Sellars, 24, of Lexington, managed to escape from the van as it pulled up to the Madison County Detention Center just after 9:00 p.m.

State Police said Hill and Sellars are both approximately 5’8" and weigh about 160-pounds.

They were last seen wearing a white and gray shirt with white and black striped pants.

State Police said Hill was in jail after being indicted for three counts of Robbery 1st Degree, Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.

Investigators said Sellars was being held after being indicted for three counts of Robbery 1st Degree.
