KSP Still Asking For Help Investigating 4 Lincoln County Fires
State Police say they’ve gotten couple of tips, but they have no suspects for who may have burned down four Lincoln County homes.
KSP’s arson investigator wants to find out how four homes burned down in a three mile area in 36 hours.
"I told my wife I said, that’s not an ordinary fire," said Darrell McDonald, who lives next to one of the burned down homes.
State Police say the proximity of the homes and the time-frame made the fires suspicious. State Police say the fires didn’t cause any injuries, but they harmed plenty of people.
"It was a real good house," said McDonald.
At one of the other homes a neighbor said a single mom with thee kids started to move in. The fire destroyed her kids’ toys, clothes, and more. A neighbor said the family came home a few hours after the fire started.
Fire destroyed a third home. Nobody lived in the fourth.
Roger Carrier saw the flames, and in the middle of the night called 911.
""It was real red looking and I went to the front door, opened the front door, looked out, and the trailer was in solid flames. I mean it was lit up all over it," said McDonald.
State Police offer a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
