KSP: Shots fired call leads to meth arrest
WHITE PLAINS, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a “shots fired” complaint led to a meth arrest of a teenager in Hopkins County on Tuesday.
State Police say when a Trooper arrived at the scene of the complaint on Drakes Creek Road in White Plains, he saw 19-year old Joshua Massey, of White Plains, pull into the yard on a mini-bike.
The Trooper says Massey told him he didn’t have a valid operator’s license.
Suspecting that Massey was under the influence, the Trooper conducted a series of field sobriety tests and says he found a bag of methamphetamine on Massey.
Massey was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
