KSP, Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky launch online safety training series

FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky State Police and Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky are partnering on a new effort to keep kids safe online.

The organizations have released a series of 10 short training videos covering topics such as gaming safety, digital grooming, sextortion, and more.

Officials say the free training — which takes less than 45 minutes to complete — is designed to help parents, educators, and advocates recognize warning signs and have life-saving conversations with kids.

The videos are available now at PCAKY.org.
