KSP: Man drowns in lake in Spencer County

SPENCER COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – One man is dead after drowning in a Spencer County lake.

Kentucky State Police say they received a call just before 2:30 p.m. Sunday about a Louisville man who went missing at Settlers Trace Marina at Taylorsville Lake.

He is identified as 48-year-old Zoran Jefectic, who went into the lake without a life jacket.

Rescue crews searched until nightfall but could not locate him.

They plan to return Monday.
