KSP: Man airlifted to hospital after Bath County crash

BATH COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police say a man was airlifted to U.K. Hospital after a crash in Bath County. Troopers say it happened around 3:30 this afternoon on the I-64 bridge at the 118 mile marker.

According to troopers, 50-year-old Glenn Elliott of Owingsville was in his pickup headed east when he lost control and went in to the median. Troopers say when Elliott overcorrected, the truck left the median and crossed both east bound lanes before hitting a guard rail. State police say Elliott’s truck flipped several times before landing on the bridge.

Investigators say Elliott is currently listed in stable condition.
