KSP: Search warrant leads to drugs, guns, cash and arrest

VIRGIE, Ky. (WTVQ) – The State Police Post 09 Criminal Interdiction Team says it made a major drug seizure in Virgie on Thursday. Investigators say they went to the home of 57-year old Terry Fouts of Virgie with a search warrant and found a variety of prescription pain medication, marijuana, multiple handguns, a shotgun and a rifle. Troopers also seized $5,000 in cash, according to KSP.

The case will be presented to a Pike County Grand Jury. It remains under investigation.
