KSP issues arrest warrant in connection to Pike County murder

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police have identified a suspect in a murder earlier this month in Pike County.

The body of 44-year-old Adrian Smith, of Cleveland, West Virginia, was found in a park in South Williamson back on July 6. Police say Smith was shot.

On Tuesday, state police announced an arrest warrant for murder was issued for 37-year-old Charles Ray Blevins.

Police say Blevins is considered armed and dangerous and anyone who spots him should call the Kentucky State Police immediately at (606)433-7711 or dial 911.
