Reward offered as KSP investigate fire in Lincoln Co.

HUSTONVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a fire that destroyed a home on Carter School Road, just north of Hustonville on Thursday.

Officers say the fire was reported just after 9:00 a.m., and that it quickly engulfed the home, leaving only a concrete brick wall where the front of the house once was.

Officers are investigating the fire as a case of arson, and are asking anyone with information to contact them at (859) 623-2404 or the Arson Task Force at 1-800-27ARSON (1-800-272-7766).  The Arson Task Force is offering up to a $1000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for starting the fire.
