KSP investigating armed robbery in Pike Co.

PHELPS, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are looking for help from the public in their search for a suspect they say robbed the Phelps Jo Mart in Pike Co. at gunpoint on Thursday.

Troopers say during the late evening, a man entered the store with a firearm and demanded money from the clerk.  The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, and the man left on foot.

The suspect is described as wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and a mask covering his face.
