Kentucky State Police investigating Ohio County shooting after man wounded during confrontation
OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured late Friday night in Ohio County.
According to Kentucky State Police, troopers were called around 11:40 p.m. to the 900 block of Crowe Street after reports of a confrontation at a residence.
Investigators say Miles Snodgrass allegedly fired a gun during an altercation with Billy Fultz, striking him once in the abdomen.
Fultz was taken by ambulance to Owensboro Health for treatment. Officials have not released an update on his condition.
Troopers say no arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
