KSP Investigates Theft from a Business in Jessamine County

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) According to KSP two people have been charged in connection to taking money from a Jessamine County business.

Troopers said that Joyce Minton, was employed as the office manager at Clark Machine Tool and Die, and is accused of taking more than $1,000,000 dollars from the company over the last eleven years. According to officials Aaron Warren helped purchase an engine with the company’s funds for his racecar in the amount of nearly $12,000.

Joyce Minton is charged with two counts of Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property. Aaron Warren is charged with one count of Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property.

Both individuals were arrested by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.
