KSP investigates deadly crash in Lewis Co.

LEWIS COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police say they are investigating a fatal crash that happened Tuesday morning right after 9 a.m.

KSP says 54-year-old Kimberly Blevins was traveling north on KY 9 in Lewis County in a white Cadillac when she crossed the center line and hit 64-year-old Edna Vice driving south.

Blevins suffered life threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lewis County coroner.

Troopers say Vice was taken to the Medowview Regional Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Vice was then transferred to UK Hospital for further treatment.
