KSP: Inmate escapes from jail in Daviess County

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a teenager escaped from the Daviess County Detention Center Monday.

The preliminary investigation shows 18-year old Kaleb Gage Anderson, of Owensboro, was in a secure outdoor area when he jumped the border fencing and ran west toward Owensboro, according to KSP.

State Police say they received the report from the jail around 5:00 p.m.

Anderson was in jail on burglary and other charges, according to KSP.

He’s described as 5’8,” 145-pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and denim pants with orange stripes down both legs.
