KSP: Fleming Co. Man charged with child exploitation

MASON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say 35-year-old David L. Spencer of Wallingford was arrested on Monday for child exploitation.

Troopers say Spencer is charged with one count of Prohibited Use of Electronic Communication System to Procure a Minor/Police Officer for Sex.

Officials say Spencer is being held in the Mason County Detention Center.
